We called TheCharmingPlumber two days before Christmas 2024. We feared our tankless hot water heater was failing just as our holiday visitors were arriving! Andrew came out the same day we called and found that the hot water heater was not the problem. Instead he diagnosed a failed fixture in the master bathroom.
