A few days ago Andrew replaced my water heater the same day I called to announce the leak.  The next day I texted him with questions about how to maintain the heater so it lasts longer.  He spent 2 hours texting back and forth with me explaining how to do the yearly flush-out of both my units.  I didn’t know how to do anything so it took sending photos in which Andrew patiently circled the knobs I needed to find and explained exactly how to do it. He is the best plumber I’ve found.
