A few days ago Andrew replaced my water heater the same day I called to announce the leak. The next day I texted him with questions about how to maintain the heater so it lasts longer. He spent 2 hours texting back and forth with me explaining how to do the yearly flush-out of both my units. I didn’t know how to do anything so it took sending photos in which Andrew patiently circled the knobs I needed to find and explained exactly how to do it. He is the best plumber I’ve found. I’ve used him for many jobs in the past and will continue to call on Andrew for my plumbing problems.
