In the case of need a replacement water heater here are the prices.
$800 to $1,000 if you already have the water heater.
Starts at $2,500 for 40 gallon electric/gas water heaters and $3,000 for 50 gallon tanks (flat price includes labor + tank)
$6,000 for a tankless water heater which includes labor + the tankless water heater.
